Gloria Stern has completed a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University, a Diploma of Graphic Design at Caulfield Institute of Technology, and a Diploma of Education at Melbourne State College.

She studied drawing and painting under the teacher and painter, Patrick Moss, for a duration of 10 years.

Gloria was a participant in the drawing marathon held in Adelaide 1998 under the teacher and painter, Graham Nickson, from the New York Studio School of Art.

She has also completed two years of study in Art Therapy with M.I.E.C.A.T (Melbourne Institute for Experiential Creative Arts Therapy)

Gloria has been full time painting for 13 years. She has held 6 solo exhibitions and participated in many group shows. Her paintings have been acquired for private collections in Australia, UK, USA, and New Zealand. Her works are also featured in the collections of Cowan Design, Melbourne, and the City of Boroondara Collection, Melbourne.
